WOODCLIFF LAKE RESIDENCE

BEFORE

The original house, coated in pool-paint blue, before its Transformation!

TRANSFORMED!

Several phases of renovations transformed this once concrete block ranch from a traditional rectangular box to a soaring, contemporary redwood home.

We created new facades with light-filled rooms and high ceilings.

The open plan flows into the deck,

blurring the distinction between interior and exterior spaces.

The curve of the deck is defined by the nearby dogwoods and lilacs, undisturbed during the building process,

connecting the family with the outdoors year-round.

The existing garage roof became the foundation

for a 2-story space with a loft that reaches the treetops.

A house with a porch and a lot of leaves on the ground

We have had the pleasure of joining our clients

in every step of their journey toward their dream home,

as we phased the renovation of this beautiful, colonial farmhouse.

A large yellow house with a deck and a lot of windows

Additions to the primary bedroom and dining room

overlook the deck and splendid property.

The backyard of a house with leaves on the ground

Though a distinctive shape,

the mudroom blends seamlessly with the new rear facade.

A gazebo with a screened in porch in the middle of a forest.

We created a beloved, screen-enclosed gazebo,

which the owners consider their “vacation house,”

literally and figuratively giving the family a retreat in their own backyard.

provides an oasis at the end of the day.
