UPPER SADDLE RIVER HISTORIC FARMHOUSE
NEW JERSEY

While maintaining the character of this century old historic house, our successful Transformation turned this 1850 colonial structure in disrepair into a vibrant modern farmhouse.

This home is infused with elegant simplicity.

Our restoration uncovered damage to the 2nd floor structure, posing a challenge that we responded to by replacing major portions of the roof and second floor.

To accommodate the Owners’ desire to open up the main living areas, we carefully moved the main bearing wall and reconfigured all the first floor interior spaces.

Our firm added a front porch to expand our clients’ home and provide a tranquil setting to enjoy their beautiful property throughout the day.

Our seamless design of the porch enhances the original 1800’s home,
while preserving our treasured past.
