The open plan accommodates a kitchen, dining area, and den that radiate around a 2-story family room with a glass wall opening to the surf beyond.
A glass block-lined stairway connects each level of the house,
linking the interior and exterior elevations and extending to a roof terrace.
The primary bedroom on the main level, positioned to achieve maximum proximity to nearby dunes, is oriented to capture spectacular sunrises.
